Short Course and Tutorial

Run-to-Run Control and Fault Detection


In association with the AEC/APC Symposium instructors from the University of Texas and KLA - Tencor are offering this 1.5 day class. Topics to be covered include:
Feedback and Feedforward Control, Steady-state and Dynamic Modeling, Parameter Estimation, Controller Design and Tuning, Run-to-Run Control, Fault Detection and Analysis, Statistical Process Control, PCA/PLS Models, and other topics. Instructors include Dr. Thomas Edgar (UT-Austin), Dr. Joe Qin (UT-Austin), and Dr. Jarrett Campbell (KLA-Tencor).
The course will be lecture only, and course notes will be provided. The class will be held from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m on Saturday and 8:30 a.m to 12:00 noon on Sunday. Coffee breaks will be provided.
